Electoral campaigns
Elections matter.
In Canada and around the world. And we feel a responsibility to get involved. NOW’s staff has worked on more than 200 elections across Canada.
As a team, we’ve served as the campaign ad agency in over 15 provincial and federal campaigns. Along the way, we’ve developed a unique insight and a commitment to innovation.
NOW is also active in democratic development training around the world, and in the International Association of Political Consultants – and we hosted the organization’s annual conference in Vancouver in 2004.
Elections are about ideas. They’re also about results. NOW’s record of success – in helping elect progressive governments, increase representation and improve our clients’ popular vote – surpasses that of any other communications company in Canada. Period. Sorry about the boasting.

“...the old bible of advertising...says that you can be creative all you want, but if you aren’t interesting, you are not going to sell the toothpaste. This fundamentally is an interesting, cute, clever ad. It...really scores well on all accounts.”
~Communications analyst Allan Bonner, on the national NDP ad “Gift”, CBC Newsworld Politics with Don Newman, December 9, 2005
“Our reviewers bought the boot.”
~Susan Ormiston summarizing expert commentary on the national NDP ad “Gift” featuring “the boot”, CBC – The National, December 13, 2005
